Well folks, that wraps up our first tier together ever under our new real-life friendly raiding schedule. We showed some excellent resilience and patience working through the last two difficult bosses of the instance and I'm very proud we were able to stick with it and close out the tier with a strong finish. We know the greatest opportunity to improve the team comes during the offseason and there is definitely room for growth, which makes the future pretty exciting. During the downtime we're going to focus on evaluating our current and upcoming trials, we're committed to fielding the strongest roster ever to push our capabilities even further to clear the content faster, and boy do we have already have some promising new blood in the guild. We're absolutely looking to check out some more healers before we hit Antorus, so don't hesitate to apply if you think you have what it takes to learn bosses quickly on a short raiding schedule. We're going to be tweaking our raiding schedule a bit moving forward, there will be more info on that update soon.

For the send off I would like to proudly present our artistically humble beginnings (we invented the "Lit" emoji.) It's been very exciting to see how far along this guild has come 9+ years between Kil'Jaeden kills: we used to spend 12 weeks to kill M'uru on a 5d/20h schedule and now we're able to finish entire tiers in 12 weeks on a 3d/12h schedule while today's raiding era is objectively more difficult than the past. I really couldn't be more proud of everyone who has had a hand in nudging the guild forward throughout the years. ( I'm the awkward little Warlock named Crabcakes :) Oh to be 18 again.)
